Every student, regardless of major and year, is welcome to apply to M-Team. We’re looking for students that have an interest in marketing or consulting and exhibit coachability, leadership, collaborative skills, critical thinking, and commitment to community impact.

M-Team exists as an entity under ABSA (Asian Business Students Association).
That's perfectly fine! All students are encouraged to apply. If you are accepted into M-Team, you will automatically and officially become part of broader ABSA.
Nope! New members undergo a marketing and business fundamentals bootcamp and participate in a class case competiton to set them up for success in M-Team (and beyond). Throughout the semester, these members also have the opportunity to present market updates, be paired with a mentor, participate in upperclassmen and guest lectures, and get hands-on with client work. These experiences are designed to teach our new consultants essential skills and arm them with resources to develop as a business professional!
As a quick outline, each application will open at the beginning of the school year and typically closes within 2 weeks. Afterwards, selected applicants are contacted to move forward to the interview stage (consisting of a behavioral and case portion) within 2 days. Following the interview, selected candidates will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection.
