Application
Every student, regardless of major, is welcome to apply to M-Team. We’re looking for students that have an interest in marketing or consulting and exhibit coachability, leadership, collaborative skills, critical thinking, and commitment to community impact. For the Spring 2026 semester, we will only be accepting freshman and sophomores to ensure maximum long-term impact and growth within M-Team. However, anyone of any year is welcome at our GMs.
M-Team's Spring 2026 application is officially live and will close Wednesday, January 28th by 12:00PM CST! Attendance at least one info session is required to apply. M-Team exists as an entity under ABSA (Asian Business Students Association).
That's perfectly fine! All students are encouraged to apply. If you are accepted into M-Team, you will automatically and officially become part of broader ABSA.
Nope! New members undergo a marketing and business fundamentals bootcamp and participate in a class case competiton to set them up for success in M-Team (and beyond). Throughout the semester, these members also have the opportunity to present market updates, be paired with a mentor, participate in upperclassmen and guest lectures, and get hands-on with client work. These experiences are designed to teach our new consultants essential skills and arm them with resources to develop as a business professional!
As a quick outline, each application will open at the beginning of the school year and typically closes within 2 weeks. Afterwards, selected applicants are contacted to move forward to the interview stage (consisting of a behavioral and case portion) within 2 days. Following the interview, selected candidates will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection.
